Don’t be caught off guard when it comes to the rain. We have enjoyed a blissful spring and summer, with little rain. But that is slowly coming to an end.

We are now in Autumn, which quickly transitions us from summer to winter. Typically, in Southern California the rain begins to slowly trickle down starting from October all the way to the heaviest rain in February.

If you are thinking of dealing with that pesky leak, or debating replacing that old roof, make sure you are pro-active. Because once it starts raining, pandemonium hits and roofing contractors become flooded with repairs, and roof replacements, making it hard to book them.
