Built-Up Roofing
An alternative to completely stripping your roof is to add a new layer over the existing one, which can save money. However, it’s important to consider the pros and cons of this approach. One of them being you can only have a total of two layers of roof.
Modified Bitumen
Not all roofs can have shingles, especially not flat ones. For flatter areas, M.B (torch) roofing is ideal as it is designed specifically for this purpose. Using shingles on a flat area can lead to serious problems in the future.
Repairs
Not everything has to be a complete roof replacement. We can help with broken tiles, missing flashings, and other smaller tasks. “No job is too small” for us!
Re-Roof
This is the process of completely removing the original roofing, repairing damaged wood sheathing, and placing a new roof.
Tile (Repairs or Lift and Relays)
This type of roof can be one of the more finicky roofs to maintain. Although they do make your house stand out, they have a tendency to break, or fall easily. Maintenance is key with these.
Leaks
Leaks can be tricky because you have to pinpoint exactly where they are coming from. It sometimes happens that it can be from improperly placed flashing or a missing nail. If you are fortunate enough for it to be just that, we are the experts you need.

- What areas do you service? I’m not sure If you come out to our location.
- Everything inside the border indicates the cities we usually serve. If you are located outside the border, give us a call we might be able to help you.
2. Do you need access to the inside of the house when doing an estimate?
- Answer: While we don’t measure the inside of your house for your estimate, if you have leaks inside your house we will have to go inside and see where the problem area is.
3. How long are the estimates? And what’s the turn-over time?
- Answer: We like to be thorough with your roof, and with any questions you might have. We enjoy getting to know you and establishing that client-contractor bond, so it can be as quick as 30 mins or even an hour! We work diligently to get you your estimate back to you, but sometimes it can take us a bit longer. It usually takes from 1-3 business days.
4. What brands do you work with?
- Answer: We work with multiple brands such as Owen’s Corning, GAF & CertainTeed. If you have a brand you prefer, let us know. We are more than happy to work with you.
5. Are you licensed? ***A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION**
- Answer: YES! You should always be asking this question because of the horror stories people tell when they are left hanging by the person they hired to do their roof. You are paying a large amount of money for your roof, so you might as well do it right. If something were to happen and the licensed contractor could not complete the job, the State of California may be able to help you!
6. Do you require a down payment?
- Answer: Yes. We need a down payment in order to lock in your roof installation date. Per the CSLB a licensed contractor although not required, can require a down payment of 10% or $1000 of the total cost (whichever is less). Be careful of those who ask for 50% or more up front.
